The Suite's analytical functionality is integrated in the web-based software solution and also in a client solution - called IMPACT Exec®.

Through IMPACT Exec®, you can identify and monitor incident trends, discern effectiveness of proactive programs/initiatives, and ultimately improve organizational performance by leveraging analytical views of customizable performance metric information. IMPACT also facilitates collaboration and communication of operational performance measures through scheduling, the ability to export reports, analysis grids, and/or graphs.

Introduction to IMPACT Exec®Request Training

Target Audience: This course is designed for the user who has a:
  • Working knowledge of the IMPACT Enterprise web application
  • Little to no experience working with Reports and Report Bundles
Duration: 1 Day
Prerequisites: A working knowledge of the IMPACT Enterprise web application.

Completion of the Introduction to IMPACT Enterprise course
Structure: This course contains lecture, discussion sessions, demonstrations and guided instruction facilitated by an Instructor in a classroom setting.
Training Goals: By the close of this training session, all users will have a working knowledge of the:
  • Report and Report Bundle Concepts and Fundamentals
  • Web App and Client Server Navigation and Orientation
  • Steps needed to create, modify and run Exec Reports and Report Bundles
  • Steps needed to schedule, export and email.

Report Bundles and IMPACT Exec®Request Training

Target Audience: This course is designed for the user who creates, runs and modifies report bundles and formats the reporting output in order to meet business needs.
Duration: 1 Day
Prerequisites:
  • Completion of the Introduction to IMPACT Enterprise course or a working knowledge of the IMPACT Enterprise web application
  • Completion of the Introduction to IMPACT Exec course
  • Experience running reports in IMPACT Exec
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency creating:
    • Charts
    • Graphs
    • Grids
Structure: This course contains lecture, demonstrations, guided instruction, Chapter Review exercises, discussion sessions and hands on practice sessions facilitated by an Instructor in a classroom setting.
Training Goals: By the close of this training session, all users will have a working knowledge of:
  • The IMPACT Exec Report Bundles Web application functionality
  • Report and Report Bundles Concepts and Fundamentals
  • Report Bundles menu navigation and orientation
  • Creating and Running Report Bundles
  • Formatting Four Basic Reporting Outputs in the Microsoft Excel
    application:
    • Bar Chart
    • Pie Chart
    • Dynamic Line Graph

Advanced Report Bundles FormattingRequest Training

Target Audience: This course is designed for the HSE or IT Professional who develops complex reports designed to meet end-user needs and who needs working knowledge of how to tie multiple scenarios together in a bundle to create Listing and Analysis reports.
Duration: 1 Day
Prerequisites:
  • Completion of Report Bundles and IMPACT Exec® courses
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
Structure: This course contains lecture, demonstrations, guided instruction, Chapter Review exercises, discussion sessions and hands on practice sessions facilitated by an Instructor in a classroom setting.
Training Goals: By the close of this training session, all users will have a working knowledge of and training in how to tie multiple scenarios together in a bundle to create Listing and Analysis reports using the following Excel functionalities:
  • Conditional Formatting
  • VLookup
  • Links
  • Dynamic Print Area
  • Subtotals

Target Audience: This course is designed for the experienced IMPACT Enterprise user who needs a working knowledge of IMPACT Exec and simple bundle formatting concepts.
Duration: 2 Hours
Prerequisites:
  • Completion of the Introduction to IMPACT Enterprise course or a working knowledge of the IMPACT Enterprise web application
  • Completion of Report Bundles and IMPACT Exec® course
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
Structure: This online course contains demonstrations and hands on practice exercises facilitated by an Instructor online.
Training Goals: By the close of this training session, all users will have a working knowledge of:
  • IMPACT Exec concepts and
  • Some Bundles formatting experience

Target Audience: This course is designed for the user who does the following:
  • Technical Reports Development
  • Database Administration
  • System Administration for IMPACT Enterprise
  • Creates Reports for End Users
Duration: 1 Day
Prerequisites: Completion of one or more of the following courses:
  • Introduction to IMPACT Exec or equivalent knowledge
  • Report Bundles and IMPACT Exec or equivalent knowledge
Structure: This course contains lecture, discussion sessions, demonstrations and guided instruction facilitated by an Instructor in a classroom setting.
Training Goals: By the close of this training session, all users will have a working knowledge of the Exec Windows Based Client Server, and supporting concepts and fundamentals needed to:
  • Configure Scenario Templates (Filters, Values and Categories)
  • Create System Scenarios, and Custom Scenario Templates
  • Adjust User Terminology
  • Format Numbers and Dates
  • Publish Scenarios
  • Add Custom Client Fields to Product Scenarios
  • Create Custom Fields and Filters

Target Audience: The user who develops reports designed to meet end user reporting needs.
Duration: 1Day – (2 Day) Option for 1 additional full day of custom Bundle Creation
Prerequisites:
  • Report Bundles and IMPACT Exec course or equivalent knowledge
  • Advanced Report Bundle Formatting or equivalent knowledge
Structure: This course is designed to provide users with hands on practice creating real world solutions. The instructor assists the user in creating their own custom Bundle by providing them with one–on–one instruction in a classroom setting.
Training Goals: By the close of this training session, all users will have a working knowledge of:
  • How to define report requirements
  • Excel functionality needed to create a Report Bundle
  • How to create a custom Report Bundle

Target Audience: This course is for the technical report developer, DBA, or System Administrator for IMPACT Enterprise responsible for creating reports for users.
Duration: 1Day – (2 Day) Option for 1 additional full day custom Report Creation
Prerequisites: The following courses are recommended:
  • Introduction to IMPACT Exec
  • IMPACT Exec for the Advanced User
A completed:
  • Reporting Workbook
Structure: This course is designed to provide users with hands on practice creating real world solutions. Users attending this course will receive Instructor assistance creating custom reports that they will actually use within their organization.
Training Goals: By the close of this training session, all users will have a working knowledge of how to define report requirements as well as the following based on the user's requirements:
  • Create Custom Scenario Templates and Scenarios
  • Modify Custom Scenario Templates and Scenarios
  • Create their own views to be used with Custom Scenarios
  • Create Fields and Filters for use with System Scenarios or Custom Scenarios
