IMPACT Enterprise® Advanced Concepts and FundamentalsRequest Training

Target Audience:	This course is designed for new IMPACT Enterprise customers interested in configuring the application to better meet their business needs.
Duration:	1 Day
Prerequisites:	None
Structure:	This course contains lecture, discussion sessions, and demonstrations facilitated by an Instructor in a classroom setting.
Training Goals:	By the close of this training session, users will recognize the relevance of the items listed below as they relate to meeting their organization's business needs. They will also recognize their impact on the configuration of the application: Navigation and Orientation Hierarchy List of Values (LOVs) Security Business Process Automation

Introduction to IMPACT Enterprise® Request Training

Target Audience:	This course is designed for the user who needs to maintain user access and access rights to the application.
Duration:	1 Day
Prerequisites:	IMPACT Enterprise Concepts and Fundamentals or equivalent knowledge.
Structure:	This course contains lecture, demonstrations, guided instruction, hands – on practice in the form of case studies, Chapter Review exercises and discussion sessions facilitated by an Instructor in a classroom setting.
Training Goals:	By the close of this training session users will have a working knowledge of how to use the application; from submitting a First Report through adding records, running reports and entering and maintaining user access rights to the application.

IMPACT Enterprise® v5.3 Features and FunctionalityRequest Training

Target Audience:	This course is designed for the experienced IMPACT Enterprise user wanting to transition to IMPACT Enterprise v5.3.
Duration:	1 Day
Prerequisites:	Completion of the Introduction to IMPACT Anywhere™ training course or a working knowledge of the application Completion of the Introduction to IMPACT Enterprise® training course or a working knowledge of the application.
Structure:	This course contains lecture, demonstrations, hands – on practice in the form of case studies, and discussion sessions facilitated by an Instructor in a classroom setting.
Training Goals:	By the close of this training session, users will have a working knowledge of: the IMPACT Enterprise v5.3 benefits, concepts, features and functionality the application’s relationship to the IMPACT ERM® Suite Users will apply this working knowledge towards: leveraging the application to meet their business needs. identifying which components of the ERM Suite will be involved in meeting these business needs.
