IMPACT Enterprise® Configuration CourseRequest Training

Target Audience: This course is designed for IT Professionals and technically-savvy Business Representatives who are tasked with the administration, maintenance and/or modification of the IMPACT EnterpriseŽ product.
Duration: 2 Days
Prerequisites: Users taking this course should have a working knowledge of:
  • Customer-specific business processes, configuration decisions, and organization ;
  • Relational Databases and SQL;
  • XML code.
Additionally, users should have completed:
  • the IMPACT Enterprise Concepts and Fundamentals course or possess equivalent knowledge;
  • the Introduction to IMPACT Enterprise course or or possess equivalent knowledge.
Structure: This course contains lecture, demonstrations, guided instruction, hands – on practice in the form of case studies and discussion sessions facilitated by an Instructor in a classroom setting.
Training Goals: By the close of this training session, attendees will have an appreciation of the breadth and depth of IMPACT Enterprise® configuration. Specifically, attendees will gain a working knowledge of:
  • Configuration concepts and components;
  • Theory of operations;
  • Configuration via :
    • the Configuration Utility
    • the IMPACT Database
    • the IMPACT XML configuration files

IMPACT Assessment ConfigurationRequest Training

Target Audience: This course is designed for those individuals tasked with:
  • configuring Assessments in the configuration utility
  • managing configuration updates in the various environments
Duration: 1 Days
Prerequisites: Users must have a working knowledge of:
  • Relational Databases;
  • Extensible Markup Language, XML.
Users should have attended the following courses or have equivalent knowledge of the:
  • IMPACT Enterprise Concepts and Fundamentals course;
  • Introduction to IMPACT Enterprise course;
  • General IMPACT Enterprise Configuration Training.
Structure: This course contains lecture, demonstrations, and hands – on practice.
Training Goals: By the close of this training session, attendees will have established a working knowledge of IMPACT Enterprise® Assessment Configuration basics via the:
  • the Configuration Utility
  • the IMPACT Database
  • the IMPACT XML configuration files
