Excel for Report Bundles

This session is designed for the experienced IMPACT Enterprise user who is already familiar with how to create a Report Bundle in IMPACT Exec. This user desires to learn more about basic Microsoft Excel features, functionality, and supporting concepts and how to leverage them to format simple Report Bundle.
Attendees will gain insight into the practical application of the following Excel features, functionality, and supporting concepts as they relate to formatting Report Bundles:
- IFour conditional formulas
- VLOOKUP
- Conditional Formatting
- Pivot Tables and Charts
- VBA Code Basics
- Functions: COUNTA, COUNT, OFFSET and Named Ranges
Attendees taking this session should have a working knowledge of the IMPACT Enterprise and Exec applications. The following is recommended but not necessary:
- Prior knowledge on how to create a Report Bundle
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel features, functionality and Concepts

This session is designed for the experienced IMPACT Enterprise user who is already familiar with how to create a Report Bundle in IMPACT Exec but would like to learn how to apply Excel formatting techniques to format a simple multi-scenario report bundle.
By the close of this session, attendees will demonstrate their newly acquired knowledge by formatting a multi-scenario report bundle using the following Excel functionality:
- Named Range
- OFFSET formula
- IF Statement
Attendees of this session should have completed (or equivalent knowledge) of one or more of the following:

This course is designed for the HSE or IT Professional who develops complex reports designed to meet end-user needs and who needs working knowledge of how to tie multiple scenarios together in a bundle to create Listing and Analysis reports using the following Excel functionalities:
- Conditional Formatting
- VLookup
- Links
- Dynamic Print Area
- Subtotals
Completion of Report Bundles and IMPACT Exec® courses are strongly recommended, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Excel. |

Report Bundles and IMPACT Exec
Friday, May 2nd

This course is designed for the user who creates, runs and modifies report bundles and formats the reporting output in order to meet business needs.
By the close of this training session, attendees will demonstrate their knowledge of the IMPACT Exec Report Bundles Web application and Microsoft Excel functionality by creating, running and formatting a Report Bundle using the following four reporting outputs:
- Bar Chart
- Pie Chart
- Dynamic Line Graph
- Listing Grid
Completion of one or more of the following courses:
- A working knowledge of the IMPACT Enterprise web application
