Rob Esser is the ExxonMobil IMPACT Custodian, responsible for driving global implementation and utilization of IMPACT across all 12 businesses in approximately 150 countries through effective networking and management commitment. Having served as past president of the Syntex User Group, he looks forward to this annual NETWORKING event which brings clients together in order to support the evolution of IMPACT to meet industry needs. Over 27 Years experience at ExxonMobil as Business Process Specialist, IT Global Project Manager, Refinery Plant Engineering and EHS Compliance Management with Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University. Rob was instrumental in the selection, design, deployment (and now utilization) efforts of IMPACT for use at ExxonMobil. (Version 5.3.1).
