Karen Jones has been with Total Petrochemicals USA, Inc. (TPI) for the past 18 years with over 23 years total experience in HSE.   Karen has responsibility for a variety of programs at the corporate office, including the management of the Crisis Management Business Continuity program, the industrial hygiene and product safety programs, and serving as the Responsible Care Coordinator for the company, in addition to supervising the occupational health and transportation safety program personnel.  To some degree or another, Karen has been involved with the HSE performance data gathering, analysis, and reporting for the company for almost 15 years, which is how she was first introduced to the IMPACT Enterprise Suite of products.  She has been a part of the company Global IMPACT Team since mid-2002 when the software “went global”, and as the US Business Team member has had the responsibility for coordinating upgrades and improvements to the global instance of IMPACT during that time.  In all, Karen has been involved in eight version upgrades, starting with the initial installation of IMPACT v3.5.1 through the last implementation of IMPACT v5.4.  She is currently representing Total Petrochemicals on the v6.0 Customer Advisory Board (CAB).
