The Syntex Leaders and Innovators Forum represents a group of professionals, informally bound to one another through exposure to IMPACT ERM® and the common pursuit of operational performance improvement.

The Forum is comprised of individuals selected from the Syntex customer base that are willing to share their knowledge and experiences as a way of developing social capital, nurturing new knowledge and stimulating innovation within the IMPACT community.

The Forum will knit people together with industry peers to provide leading practices, knowledge sharing and solution discussions. The program will recognize the biggest advocates of IMPACT and will proclaim Syntex’s appreciation for their efforts not only to promote the software solution in the marketplace, but also their on-going involvement to continuously drive the product forward and sharing operational business processes.
