Charles L. (Chip) Davis
Chip Davis is a General Partner of SMH Private Equity Group. Chip joined Sanders Morris Harris in 1991 and specializes in investing of software companies and networking equipment and service providers. Mr. Davis is currently a board member or board observer of several companies including: Wayport, Syntex Management Systems, RigNet, World Telemetry, CPO Commerce, and Lombardi Software and previously worked with such companies as InfoCure, Tyler Technologies, IndX Software, and Baseball Express. Mr. Davis is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Joe Stough
Joe Stough is the visionary and strategist behind the IMPACT EnterpriseŽ suite of solutions. Trained as an Information Technology Management consultant and statistician, Stough has led Syntex to fulfill a niche in the database software application market by providing solutions that successfully apply mathematical concepts and software technology to dramatically impact Enterprise Risk Management on a global basis. Recently recognized for his leadership and vision, Stough received the 2003 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Technology & IT Services Sector for the Houston Region. Stough also holds a bachelors degree in mathematics and a masters degree in applied statistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

John Lee
John Lee joined the Syntex Board of Directors in August, 2005. John Lee is a software industry veteran of more than 27 years. His experience includes executive roles at SAP where he was the Senior Vice President for Professional Services and the Senior Vice President for Supply Chain Management. At Oracle, John was the Senior Vice President for the Process Industry Vertical. Most recently, Mr. Lee was the Group Vice President for the Americas for Siebel Systems. In addition to his public company experience, John has worked with several early stage companies including co founding Novoforum and serving on the executive management team with Talaris.

Robert G. Jones
Robert G. Jones is a Senior Vice President - Investments with Wells Fargo Advisors, where his tenure runs 47 years. His education includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tulane and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He served four years in the Louisiana House of Representatives and four years in the Louisiana Senate. He has served on a number of boards, both private and public, and is currently serving on the board of First Federal Bank of Louisiana, and on the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.

Sean Ebert
Sean Ebert is an investment manager with Altira focused on cross-sector energy technology investments. Prior to Altira, Sean was a Principal in Booz Allen Hamilton's energy practice, where he advised energy companies and private equity firms on a broad set of strategic energy issues including portfoliostrategy, technology, new business model development, and capital investment decisions. Prior to Booz Allen, Sean was the CEO of the energy technology start-up company, Foresight Weather. Sean is currently a board member of the following companies - Austin Geomodeling, TransZap, and Syntex Solutions.

Trent Derr
Trent Derr has held leadership roles in the software industry for 19 years. Trent brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, professional services, hosting, and product development in multiple verticals including Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, and Healthcare. Before joining Syntex Management Systems, Trent was most recently chief operating officer for P2 Energy Solutions and chief operating officer and co-founder for Novoforum. In addition, Trent has held senior positions with SAP, Oracle, Software 2000, and PriceWaterhouse.
